At Prem Talks App, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our users. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is required. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Subscription & Membership Fees

- All subscription or membership fees paid on the Prem Talks App are generally non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payment, technical errors, or service not delivered), users may request a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

- Refund requests must be made within 7 working days from the date of payment.
- Proof of transaction (payment receipt, order ID, or invoice) must be provided along with the request.
- Refunds will not be granted if services were already consumed or used by the user.

3. Non-Refundable Services

- Promotional campaigns, special offers, discounts, or trial plans are strictly non-refundable.
- Any third-party services availed through Prem Talks are also non-refundable.

4. Processing of Refunds

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.

5. Cancellation Policy

- Users may cancel their subscription anytime through the app settings.
- Cancellation ensures no further charges, but already paid fees remain non-refundable unless covered under the eligibility conditions above.
